TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.General

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer at WAHIM HOME & DECOR website, mobile website.

By using wahimhomedecor.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

 

2.Prices and delivery charges

The prices displayed at wahimhomedecor.com include Goods and Services Tax or any other alternate indirect tax, but do not include a delivery charge.

 

3.Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected

 

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.

 

It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

 

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

 

 

US DELIVERY

Standard Processing Time: Two Business Days after order is placed. Up to Seven Business Days for Monogrammed/Personalized Orders.
Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 Business Days
We are open Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.

We do not make money on shipping. We will charge you the exact shipping amount that we pay to ship your order unless your order value is over $ 95. Orders over $95 ship free

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Wahim Home & Decor ships from the United States, but is pleased to offer International Shipping to approved international accounts. Like with US delivery, we will charge you the exact shipping amount that we pay to ship your order. Please note that if you are shipping to another country outside of the US, you may incur a customs charge. Customs fees/duties, VAT taxes and/or any other fees levied by your home country are the customer’s responsibility. This site (http://www.dutycalculator.com) can be used to estimate customs charges for your country.

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the delivery details and a link to track your parcel online.

 

4.Tracking order

Tracking is available on some Standard Delivery services and on all Express Delivery services. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

Once your order has arrived in your destinations, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

 

5.Refund

We will refund any item(s), returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached.

We will refund the value of your returned item(s) within 1 to 7 days after receiving your return as below:

 

We'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

6.Returns​

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Don't worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns.

The return must be sent to us within 7 days from the date you received your parcel.

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags).


Items such straw,cup, aspierced earrings and cosmetics cannot be exchanged & refunded due to hygiene reasons.

You can easily return items by following these steps:


1. Send us the email at info@wahimhomedecor.com  with the information below:

  • The order number

  • The item's name and number

  • A description of your reason for returning

 

Please note that we are unable to process your return without receive your email.

2. After receiving your email will we respond you in 7 business days by sending you the return form to fill. Print the return form and place your Return Form, together with the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, e.g. the one you received your parcel in.

3. Contact the courier company Delivery ( you will be the one in charge for the fees)  
4 . The courier will provide you with proof of return. Please keep this for your records.

Once we have received your return shipment, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for this to happen. If you don’t receive the email within 14 days, please contact us.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. 

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

7.Exchange

We don't offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order or simply contact us.

8.Payment methods

You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below.

Credit card or debit card

You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will be debited when you have placed your order in the checkout.

 

Encrypted transaction for your safety

Wahim Home & Decor guarantees that your details are completely safe with us. All information is sent encrypted to ensure total security of any sensitive information.

Please note, that for your safety our Customer Service is not able to place orders with card payment.

 

Debit at dispatch of your order

If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be captured immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email.

If the card transaction is not approved your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

9.Colours and measurements

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.

An item’s measurements given on theintimate.com are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production.

11.Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our shop. Pre-order is placing orders in advance of stock being received by Wahim Home & Decor and requires a full payment up front.

 

1. Full payment is required via www.wahimhomedecor.com  

2. Estimated Date of Arrival: This is based on the shipment schedule of our projected production order with our supplier. Approximate ship date is advised when the order is placed.

3. Projected stock is limited for pre-orders.

4. Once ordered items have been delivered to you, our standard refund and exchange policy. Please refer to our refund and exchange policy.

5. If in any case, your ordered item/s did not arrive to The Intimate Suite from our supplier or there is not enough stock to support your order, we will refund your payment in full. Additionally the customer (you) cannot perform any legal action against The Intimate Suite.

6. Orders without any payment made on behalf of the customer will be automatically cancelled.

7. Terms and conditions subject to change without prior notice.
